Now, Jia Guoheng is an associate professorof Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, East China Normal University.

His other appointments include the deputy secretary-generalof the Committee of Dialectical Logic of the Chinese Association of Logic; thecouncil member of Shanghai Association Logic, and the part-time researcher ofInstitute of Modern Logic and Application, Nanjing University.
