基本情况：洪澄，江苏南通人，武汉大学哲学基地班学士、工商管理学士（双学位），中国人民大学哲学硕士，伦敦国王学院（King’s College London）政治哲学博士，华东师范大学哲学和教育学博士后（晨晖学者）。现为华东师范大学LDSports乐动体育(中国)官方网站副教授，兼任教育部重点研究基地中国现代思想文化研究所青年研究员。

学术成果：主持国家社科基金一项，省部级科研项目三项，在《哲学研究》，Journal of Chinese Philosophy（A&HCI）等国内外权威期刊独立发表中英文学术论文多篇。

研究方向：中西比较政治哲学和教育哲学。近些年以儒家思想和现当代政治哲学以及教育哲学为研究对象，主要应用分析哲学研究方法，借鉴罗尔斯及其后政治自由主义、康德主义哲学以及致善主义理论，对儒家思想进行重构，并揭示其对于当代文明的意义和价值。

Biography

HONG Cheng is an Associate Professor of Philosophy, ECNU. He received his BA in Philosophy (Wuhan University) and MPhil in Philosophy (Renmin University of China) before completing his PhD in Comparative Political Philosophy at King’s College London（2018）.He is also Researcher Associate at the Institute of Modern Chinese Thought and Culture, ECNU. Before joining the philosophy department at ECNU, he was a post-doctoral researcher working with Professor YANG Guorong.

Research interests

Dr Hong’s primary research interests are comparative political philosophy, ethics and Confucian philosophy. Some of his work has appeared in the Journal of Chinese Philosophy (HONG.C.(2019) “Political Equality, Confucian Meritocracy, and Citizenly Participation: A Reflection”) and Philosophical Research（Zhexue Yanjiu) (HONG.C(2021) “On the Value of ‘Ruling by Gentleman’ in Confucianism from the Perspective of Modern Political Philosophy”)
